Unfortunately we cannot guarantee walk-ins, we primarily operate as appointment based only.

Rescheduling Policy
We know life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please reach out to your stylist directly as soon as possible. Giving us a heads-up helps us manage our schedules and ensures we can get you back in the chair at the best possible time.
Late Policy
While we’ll always do our best to accommodate you, please contact your stylist as soon as you think you might be delayed. If you arrive late, we will strive to complete as much of your service as possible in the remaining time. Arriving late may mean we have to shorten your service to stay on schedule for our next guest. Please note that each of our independent artists maintains their own specific late and 'no-show' policies, so be sure to check your stylist’s individual booking page for their details
Adjustment Services
Your happiness is our priority. We want you to leave our chairs feeling 100% confident in your new look. If you need a small tweak or an adjustment to your service, please contact your stylist directly. We want to ensure you love your results and are always here to help you achieve the perfect look.
Refund Policy
Our stylists operate as independent small businesses. Therefore, all service fees and refund decisions are at the discretion of the individual artist. Please contact your stylist directly to discuss any billing or service concerns
